How long will it take to receive my item?

Items ship within 3-5 days from the time of purchase. Once your item has shipped we will send you your order tracking number so that you can see it’s shipped status. We use standard shipping, which takes anywhere from 3-12 days depending on your location. Please note, international orders (i.e. those outside of the USA) can take longer due to customs regulations in your country. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time please contact us and we will follow up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. It does however take longer to ship internationally. Use our tracking service to track your item.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by country. The best way to check how much shipping will cost is by adding a product to your cart and getting to the check out page.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover) as well as PayPal.

I chose the wrong item/size/color. What should I do?

Contact us ASAP at If we can change the order we will but please know that we print, package and ship items within 24-48 hours. If your item has already been printed and shipped we will not be able to change the order.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us ASAP at and we will do our best to change the address before the item ships.

What is your refund/exchange/return policy?

We're in the business of delighting our customers. The most important thing is your happiness. If you're not happy with your item we will be happy to refund your money within 60 days of the purchase date. Our refund policy doesn't cover shipping. Every product on Mountain IQ has a sizing chart, please make sure you review this before purchasing your item. 

What quality can I expect?

Our apparel and gear is made by popular brands like Sport-Tec, Port Authority and Next. In addition we work with one of the best printing companies in the States. Our gear is designed for outdoor activities, like hiking. The fabrics we use are mostly Dri-Fit and have moisture-wicking properties. We know you will love your Mountain IQ gear!

I didn't receive my item. What should I do?

It is possible that your item was 'returned to sender'. If you haven't received your item let us know and we get a new item shipped to you at no additional cost.

I received my item, but it is damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that your item is damaged. Please take a picture and send it to us at We will send you a replacement at no additional cost. 

I washed my item and it has shrunk or become damaged. What should I do?

In the first intense make sure you read the washing instructions on your item before washing it. If your item has shrunk or become damaged due to no fault of your own please email us a photo within 60 days of purchase and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
